Lamb
Our lambs are raised on our farm and processed when they are about 9 months old.
Emu
Many people consider Emu to be "the other red meat". Emu is a lean meat that cooks much like beef.
Chicken
Our heritage breed Buckeye chickens are raised on pasture, resulting in flavorful and healthy meat for your family.
Pekin Duck
Our ducks are raised with out Emus and laying hens. They have their own pond to explore when they wish.
Our eggs
Chicken
Our chickens free range and produce health, nutritous eggs. And yes, the green eggs are still yellow on the inside.
Duck
Duck eggs are often used for baking in recipes like bread. Duck eggs tend to hold together baked goods very well.
Emu
Emu eggs can be used for eating (equivalent to 6 to 8 chicken eggs), crafts, or both. We sell whole eggs as well as just the whole shell (drained of the egg of the content of course).

All our animals are raised with care and have access to our pasture and quality feed from local Menonite feed mills.
